Pittsburgh Transsexual Support Group is a group of over 40 transgendered individuals who provide peer support through the transition process. We offer Friendship, Education, Guest Speakers, and Social Events.

PTSG is a support group for transsexuals and for those who feel they may be transsexuals. We provide a secure and supportive environment where members can discuss problems and issues with others who feel as they do. PTSG is for both male-to-female and female-to-male transsexuals and we try to deal with transsexualism in a wholistic fashion. We view each member as a whole person having emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual parts. We respect the opinions and rights of all members, and agree to be able to disagree while continuing to support each other.
